Frequently Asked Questions
Do I still need to book in advance? Yes. All classes must be booked through the system so we can manage numbers and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone.
Can reactive dogs attend? Mild reactivity can often be supported in class. Dogs who struggle significantly around others may be better suited to our Problematic Pooches programme. If you’re unsure, just ask and we’ll guide you.
What if my dog is nervous or shy around new people or dogs? Nervous dogs are welcome. We create plenty of space, work gently, and help them build confidence without pressure. If your unsure drop us a message.
Can I attend more than one type of class? No, with our Lite plan you have unlimited access but only to the class of your choice. If you want more than one type of class our unlimited membership is for you.
Can my dog join if they’re a complete beginner? Yes. All of our classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible for complete beginners. We’ll support you both every step of the way.
Can my dog come if they’ve never done Hoopers or Gun Dog before? Yes. No previous experience is needed. We introduce everything in a fun, accessible way.

Is the Membership good for beginners? Yes. Beginners are very welcome. You can explore different class types using unlimited membership, repeat sessions and build confidence at your own pace.
Is Problematic Pooches included? No. Problematic Pooches is a specialist class and isn’t included in any membership tier. It must be booked separately.
Can I share my membership with someone else? No. Memberships are for one owner and one dog only and can’t be shared or transferred.
What if I don’t use my classes for the month? Unused sessions don’t roll over, so it’s best to book your monthly classes to make the most of your membership.
Can I cancel my Unlimited or Lite Membership? Yes. It’s a rolling monthly subscription, and you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Can I switch from Lite to Unlimited? Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership whenever you like. Your new plan will start from your next billing cycle.
